Service Updates in Japan

Gateway Express has resumed its pickup and delivery
services in eastern Japan, with the exception of
Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima.

Although some delays can still be expected, the
Gateway Express Service Guarantee
has been reinstated in all Gateway Express
service areas.

Gateway Express will continue to do its utmost to
ensure packages reach their final destinations as
rapidly as possible.

We are monitoring the situation and will provide
